Overview
One Mindful Mind is an interactive print tool kit that fosters positive psychology among children, by helping parents turn into counsellors.
The toolkit comprises five modular units in a compact box, offering children the freedom to choose tools. It's tactile and engaging, with a variety of media and materials to visually intrigue children. The color palette features bright hues to stimulate a child's vision, and rich textures like velvet lamination, spot UV, die cuts, and embossing/debossing drive their innate curiosity. The visual language, including typography and illustrations, is minimal to avoid clutter. The sturdy, waterproof fabric-covered box prevents mishandling and stains.
The kit comprises of 5 simple tools.
The Feeling Flashcards - a set of 12 illustrative cards listing day-to-day feelings and coping mechanisms. The Mood Journal records child's daily thoughts, without the pressure of confrontation. The mood wheel tracks a child's feelings. The Mindful Workbook is a friendly tool for self-reflection, through interactive exercises. It covers topics on self-esteem, anger management, social skills and moral behaviour. The Thought Cards are an escape into art therapy and can be shared with loved ones. The Parental Guide is a handbook of external resources on mental health.
Reinforcing a parent-child bond.
An interactive, non-prescriptive kit of 5 tools, enforces positive behaviour through healthy discussions between parents and children, strengthening parent-child bond.

One Mindful Mind was developed in response to fill the existing gap for tools in positive psychology.
In light of the inability of the small pool of professionals to cater to India’s huge population, One Mindful Mind relies heavily on participation by parents by prioritizing prevention of mental illnesses over rehabilitation.
Outcome
One Mindful Mind empowered Indian parents to guide children's emotional well-being.
One Mindful Mind has empowered over 9,000 families in India and abroad within three months of launch. Driven by parental demand, 40+ workshops and 30 school counseling sessions have been conducted. OMM has approached Indian ministries to integrate its mental health curriculum, aiming to progress after general elections.
